Gordon is responsible for the e-Excellence surveys in the Mortgage and General Insurance market.

Employment History:

With 24 years varied experience in the mortgage market, Gordon has worked for traditional building societies, centralised lenders, internet banks, insurance companies, networks, packagers and mortgage related software companies.

Positions at a Director level held during this period have included responsibility for: Sales, UK Mortgages, pan-European Mortgages, Compliance, Operations, Projects and E-Commerce.

Gordon joined FTRC in April 2008
