Scottish Widows – How to register for Contract Enquiry
 
Name of online Adviser Service and URL  www.scottishwidows.co.uk/extranet
Where do I start? Each user must register with Scottish Widows at: www.scottishwidows.co.uk/extranet  
  • Select ‘Register’
  • Select 'Register'
  • Select ‘Register as Financial Adviser’
  • Read and accept Terms and Conditions and Commercial and Technical Agreement
  • Select 'Register with Unipass' or 'Register without Unipass'
Who can register for Contract Enquiry?  Any registered individual or a member of their staff
Do we have to sign up to any legal documents? No wet signature required but online acceptance of our Terms & Conditions and Commercial and Technical agreement for Contract Enquiry is required
What information do I need when registering for Contract Enquiry?  Scottish Widows agency number(s) and your FSA number
What approach is taken for Security?  If selecting to register with UNIPASS, we provide a Customer ID & PIN.  We automatically check the UNIPASS revocation list.  When registering with a customer ID, we conduct internal checks prior to making "security phone call" to the named person on the registration
If I need help who can I call to help me through the registration process?  Scottish Widows Call Centre: 08457 166747
Once I have registered how long will it be before I can start to use the services?  Scottish Widows will follow up each registration with a CID & PIN, with a security call.  At this point you can also arrange to add additional agency codes to your Customer ID.  This will take place within 5 working days of the registration.  There is no action for UNIPASS registrations.  It takes approximately 15 minutes from registration.

Via Scottish Widows Adviser Extranet, (UNIPASS or CID & PIN), Adviser Office (CID & PIN only) and Intelliflo (UNIPASS only)
