Where do I start?

You don’t – we’ve already done it for you!

The Contract Enquiry Legal Framework is included within our Adviser Terms of Business document, so adviser firms who have a Prudential agency account are automatically ‘registered’ for Contract Enquiry services.

We only respond to Contract Enquiry messages sent with Unipass authentication, so as soon as an adviser has a Pru agency, a Unipass, and live Pru pension or investment policy, he can access Contract Enquiry without doing anything further.

Who can register for Contract Enquiry?

No registration required – see above.

Do we have to sign up to any legal documents?

No, this is included within the Adviser Terms of Business – see above.

What information do I need when registering for Contract Enquiry?

What approach is taken for Security?

Contract Enquiry is only available to Unipass users

If I need help who can I call to help me through the registration process?

No help will be required with registration as we don’t need any registration, but the eBusiness Helpdesk can help advisers with any queries on online services.  They can be contacted on 0845 070 1111 or pruadviser.helpdesk@prudential.co.uk.

Once I have registered how long will it be before I can start to use the services?

No delays at all – see above.
