Who can register for Contract Enquiry?	Adviser, administration, principal, firm etc
Do we have to sign up to any legal documents?	There are no legal documents to sign – it is covered in the adviser’s general terms of business
What information do I need when registering for Contract Enquiry?	You need to have your Norwich Union Agency Code (format is 123/67891J), FSA number and if an RI your RI FSA number to hand along with your address and telephone details.   You need to know your Mother’s maiden name, where you were born and to choose two memorable words (different) and a six digit PIN number known only to you.
What approach is taken for Security?	We use Unipass and you can register for this through our extranet or you register directly at www.Unipass.co.uk
If I need help who can I call to help me through the registration process?	You can get help at any time in the process or, if you have difficulty in getting valuations, from 0845 309 3999   If you are using a CRM or Portal, refer to their help facility as well
Once I have registered how long will it be before I can start to use the services?	It will take about five days to get your Online Account Number (OAN) which will arrive in the post.  The first time you approach Norwich Union with your digital certificate we will ask you to link it to the OAN so keep the OAN handy.  Once the certificate is linked you are ready to use the service
How can I access Contract Enquiry?	Via your Portals (Exweb Gold and Bankhall Online) Via back office software (1st Software, Intelliflo, Plum) Norwich Union will shortly link with Quay and JCS to provide e-valuations as well
