You will need to register on our extranet first, to do this

• Select ‘Register’
• Complete the registration form

What information do I need when registering for Contract Enquiry?
|
Contract Enquiry access is automatically granted to anyone who has an Advisercentre account. To register for our Extranet you will need the following details:
Agency number, FSA FRN number, contact address, telephone number, the address and contact details of the person who will be authorising the access request. |

What approach is taken for Security?
|
We support both Unipass and ID & Password so you can choose the option that suits you best, however, some aggregators (e.g. The Exchange) may only support Unipass Certificates.
Note - Before you can use a digital certificate you will need to register it with your extranet account. To do this you will need to login to the Advisercentre using your username and password, click the ‘digital certificate’ button on the homepage, and follow the instructions. |

Once I have registered how long will it be before I can start to use the services?
|
If you are applying for an Extranet account you will need to wait until we issue you with a user ID. This will be sent you in the post as soon as we receive a signed copy of the acceptance form. |
