Where do I start?

 

Select “AXA’s Contract Enquiry Service” tab on the left of the screen then select the applicable form

 

Who can register for Contract Enquiry?

 

Online registration is available to Advisers and Administrators, but not Principals

 

Do we have to sign up to any legal documents?

 

No physical signature is required to register

 

 

What information do I need when registering for Contract Enquiry?

 

The information we require is as follows:

  • Name
  • Company name/address
  • Postcode
  • FSA (SIB) number
  • Previous FSA numbers
  • Telephone
  • Email
  • Access details:
    • What software (if any) will be used
    • Which portals (if any) will be used

 

What approach is taken for Security?

 

A Unipass certificate is needed to access this service.

The information goes through several levels of security checks before the valuation response is returned to the user. Otherwise an error message is displayed.

 

If I need help who can I call to help me through the registration process?

 

Support for registration is provided by the AXA e-Commerce Helpdesk on 0845 300 1946

 

Once I have registered how long will it be before I can start to use the services?

 

Access will be available 48 hours after registration

 

How can I access Contract Enquiry?

 

The service is accessed through the appropriate software (1st, Quay etc.).
